About Our Core Value Chip Program
Our Core Value Chip Program reinforces our Core Values, promotes a culture of recognition and appreciation, and inspires teammate giving. In this unique initiative, teammates can give and earn “chips” as tokens of appreciation for living out our core values in their daily work. As a result, continuous recognition and appreciation help foster a positive work environment—one where individuals feel valued, acknowledged, and motivated to excel.
Moreover, through our Core Value Chip Program, we’re not only recognizing our teammates’ efforts but also, giving back to causes that our teammates care about!
Each winner receives a $200 credit toward a personal purchase of their choice as well as a $3,000 award to donate to the charity of their choice.
Whytli R. Supports The LGBTQ+ Center of Las Vegas
Whytli R. donated to The LGBTQ+ Center of Las Vegas. She chose to donate to The LGBTQ+ Center of Southern Nevada because they provide a safe, welcoming space where people can access vital health, wellness, support, and community resources. Their mission of empowering people to live authentically and fostering a community where everyone belongs resonates with her, and she is grateful for the opportunity to support an organization making a meaningful impact right here in Las Vegas.
Heather Y. Supports a Title I Schools in Southern Nevada
Heather Y. donated to a local Title I school in Las Vegas through Donors Choose. She donated to a DonorsChoose project that will directly fund a project that will help a school in a lower-income neighborhood. Her gift will provide new learning tools for four 3rd-grade teachers, helping to instill the magic of learning for underprivileged students in a fun and memorable way. This cause is close to home for Heather Y., one of her children works in education, and the other is currently navigating school themselves. Supporting classrooms where every kid gets a real shot at that “magic of learning” moment is personal for her.
Bryan P. Supports Doctors Without Borders
Bryan P. donated to Doctors Without Borders for his charity. This global organization provides emergency medical care in crisis zones, conflict areas, and communities that would otherwise go without. He chose this charity because of its reach and the way it shows up in places where care, supplies, and lifesaving medication aren’t guaranteed. For Bryan P., showing up when it matters most, no matter the obstacles, is worth backing.
