Teammate Giving: Q3 2026 Core Value Chip Winners

About Our Core Value Chip Program

Our Core Value Chip Program reinforces our Core Values, promotes a culture of recognition and appreciation, and inspires teammate giving. In this unique initiative, teammates can give and earn “chips” as tokens of appreciation for living out our core values in their daily work. As a result, continuous recognition and appreciation help foster a positive work environment—one where individuals feel valued, acknowledged, and motivated to excel.

Moreover, through our Core Value Chip Program, we’re not only recognizing our teammates’ efforts but also, giving back to causes that our teammates care about!

Each winner receives a $200 credit toward a personal purchase of their choice as well as a $3,000 award to donate to the charity of their choice.

Erica R. Supports the Nevada Shakespeare Festival

Erica donated to the Nevada Shakespeare Festival. She chose this cause because they make theater accessible through free community performances and school outreach, introducing younger generations to the Bard through modern adaptations (#punkrockshakespeare). Shakespeare is her all-time favorite for his masterful storytelling and unflinching exploration of the human experience. She believes the arts are essential to our personal well-being and to our communities, fostering connection, empathy, and creativity. They enrich our lives in ways that can’t be measured and yet are still grossly underfunded.

Justin F. Supports the Elder Tails Sanctuary

Justin donated to the Elder Tails Sancturary. He chose this cause because they are dog rescue for elderly dogs in Florida, where he is based. Dogs have a special place in his family’s heart (and ours!) and he believes that Barbara, the owner of the sanctuary, is doing a great job caring for these elderly dogs who have no one else to rely on.

Serghei E. Supports Caring Pathways

Serghei donated to Caring Pathways of Carollton. He chose this cause after learning the story behind the organization, which was founded by a family raising a child with special needs who experienced firsthand the challenges that arise as these children grow into adulthood. Recognizing that adults with special needs often face a lack of nearby support facilities and community acceptance, the family created Caring Pathways to help not only their own child, but others in the same situation. Serghei is glad to have the opportunity to bring good into their lives.
