Red Dog Media is committed to cultivating a culture and environment that prioritizes our teammates’ productivity, happiness, well-being, and overall experience.
Fostering a Culture of Celebration and Community
In-office events and celebrations are an integral part of our company culture, providing opportunities for teammates to come together, socialize, and celebrate milestones and achievements. Whether it’s a team lunch, birthday celebration, or holiday party, these events contribute to a sense of community and belonging among our teammates. Shown below: Halloween 2023
For Home-Based Teammates
We uphold a culture that fosters collaboration, community, and connection. While we are an office-first culture, we recognize the importance of remote work flexibility for specific roles. While our home-based teammates are not in the office daily, they can visit our office for team-building and social events. When they can’t travel, we have recently begun offering virtual social events for home-based and office-based teammates to come together outside of office hours.
Prioritizing Safety and Wellbeing
Our commitment to teammate health and safety remains unwavering. Our office is cleaned daily by staff, and we provide ample supplies of sanitization materials, including individual desk wipes. All local and remote teammates must be vaccinated and boosted for COVID-19. Additionally, we offer at-home COVID-19 testing kits to provide peace of mind for our teammates.
In the Office
Embracing Natural Light and Wellness Benefits
One of the hallmarks of our office space is its abundant natural light, which not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also contributes to the overall well-being of our teammates. Studies have shown that exposure to natural light can improve mood, increase productivity, and regulate sleep patterns. By maximizing access to natural light throughout our workspace, we create a more vibrant and energizing environment for our team.
Harnessing the Power of Biophilia
In addition to natural light, we recognize the importance of integrating biophilic elements into our office design. Biophilia, the innate human connection to nature, has been shown to reduce stress, increase creativity, and improve overall well-being. That’s why we’ve incorporated lush greenery and plant life throughout our office, creating a calming and rejuvenating atmosphere for our teammates to thrive in. Some of our office spaces even feature a view of a lush grotto water element!
In-Office Perks for Employee Well-being
Our commitment to our teammates’ well-being extends beyond the physical workspace, but within our office, teammates have access to various amenities designed to support their health and happiness. From a state-of-the-art gym facility to a tranquil meditation and rest area, we provide opportunities for teammates to prioritize their physical and mental wellness throughout the workday.
Ergonomic Workstations for Optimal Comfort
Recognizing the importance of ergonomics in maintaining health and productivity, we’ve invested in sit-stand ergonomic workstations for all teammates. These adjustable desks allow individuals to alternate between sitting and standing throughout the day, reducing the risk of discomfort and promoting better posture and circulation.
Creating Spaces for Collaboration and Concentration
Our office is thoughtfully designed to accommodate different work styles and preferences. Quiet areas provide space for focused concentration, while collaboration areas encourage teamwork and brainstorming sessions. Additionally, play areas offer teammates the opportunity to unwind and build relationships, fostering a sense of camaraderie and connection.
Looking Towards the Future
We are continuing to evolve our office space to meet the changing needs of our teammates. By prioritizing their well-being, fostering collaboration and connection, and providing access to amenities and perks that enhance their work experience, we’re laying the foundation for continued success and growth in the years to come.
