About Our Core Value Chip Program
Our Core Value Chip Program reinforces our Core Values, promotes a culture of recognition and appreciation, and inspires teammate giving. In this unique initiative, teammates can give and earn “chips” as tokens of appreciation for living out our core values in their daily work. As a result, continuous recognition and appreciation help foster a positive work environment—one where individuals feel valued, acknowledged, and motivated to excel.
Moreover, through our Core Value Chip Program, we’re not only recognizing our teammates’ efforts but also, giving back to causes that our teammates care about!
Each winner receives a $300 credit toward a personal purchase of their choice as well as a $5,000 award to donate to the charity of their choice.
Tyler Supports Nevada SPCA
Tyler has chosen the Nevada SPCA for his charitable donation. The Nevada SPCA helps support Nevada animals who are without homes, providing them with food and shelter. Tyler chose Nevada SPCA for his teammate giving because he wants to donate to an animal shelter, because he got his cat, Fluffy, from a shelter about a year ago. He knows these shelters rely on donations and is excited to make a difference for the cats and dogs still waiting for their forever families.

David Supports Three Square with His Teammate Giving
David J. has chosen Three Square for his charitable donation. Three Square’s mission is to provide wholesome food to those in need while working toward a hunger-free community. Knowing the value of good food, David wants to support their efforts to fight hunger.
