About Our Core Value Chip Program
Our Core Value Chip Program reinforces our Core Values, promotes a culture of recognition and appreciation, and inspires teammate giving. In this unique initiative, teammates can give and earn “chips” as tokens of appreciation for living out our core values in their daily work. As a result, continuous recognition and appreciation help foster a positive work environment—one where individuals feel valued, acknowledged, and motivated to excel.
Moreover, through our Core Value Chip Program, we’re not only recognizing our teammates’ efforts but also, giving back to causes that our teammates care about!
Each winner receives a $200 credit toward a personal purchase of their choice as well as a $3,000 award to donate to the charity of their choice.
Andrew A. Supports the Boys & Girls Club of Southern Nevada
Andrew donated money to the Boys & Girls Club of Southern Nevada, an important pillar of his community. The organization runs after-school programs across the Las Vegas Valley, giving local youth a safe space to play, grow, and build a sense of belonging in their community.
His daughter has been attending her local club for years, and Andrew has seen firsthand the care and positive influence it has on her. Supporting an organization that shows up for kids every day was an easy choice.

Matthew B. Supports the BYU Idaho Computer Science & Engineering Department
Matthew, a software developer and recent graduate of BYU Idaho, chose to give back to the program that launched his career. The Computer Science & Engineering department gave him the foundation he needed to land in a field he loves, and he wanted to pay that forward for the next generation of students coming up behind him.
Angel L. Supports the Detective Jay Clemente Foundation
Angel supports The Detective Eric “Jay” Clemente #223 Foundation because it hits close to home. The foundation provides support to law enforcement and first responder families facing life’s hardest moments, including a cancer diagnosis.
“My brother had cancer as a kid, which was challenging for my family and me, and then my mom got cancer a couple of years ago. I’m thankful they’re okay now, but I know the challenges cancer brings firsthand. Donating to a foundation like this means the world to me. Knowing this contribution will help those navigating difficulties like cancer brings me an incredible amount of joy. Thank you, Red Dog Media, for the opportunity to do so.”
Law enforcement and first responders already carry an enormous weight every day. Angel knows that adding something like cancer to that load is almost unimaginable, and he’s proud to support a foundation that makes sure those families don’t have to face it alone.
