About Our Core Value Chip Program
Our Core Value Chip Program reinforces our Core Values, promotes a culture of recognition and appreciation, and inspires teammate giving. In this unique initiative, teammates can give and earn “chips” as tokens of appreciation for living out our core values in their daily work. As a result, continuous recognition and appreciation help foster a positive work environment—one where individuals feel valued, acknowledged, and motivated to excel.
Moreover, through our Core Value Chip Program, we’re not only recognizing our teammates’ efforts but also, giving back to causes that our teammates care about!
Each winner receives a $300 credit toward a personal purchase of their choice as well as a $5,000 award to donate to the charity of their choice.
Jonathan Supports the Nevada SPCA
Jonathan has chosen to support the Nevada SPCA for his charitable donation—a decision close to his heart. The Nevada SPCA is a no-kill shelter that provides food, shelter, and compassionate care for homeless animals across Nevada.
Jonathan donated to this organization because he wholeheartedly believes every pet deserves a loving home. He admires the Nevada SPCA’s unwavering commitment to keeping animals safe and cared for, no matter how long it takes to find them a forever home..

Jacob Supports Opportunity Village
Jacob P. has chosen Opportunity Village for his teammate giving. Opportunity Village is a thriving social enterprise with award-winning day habilitation and workforce development programs, fine arts classes, residential housing, and signature community events. In addition, Opportunity Village is also one of the largest employers of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the state of Nevada.
Dylan Supports World Central Kitchen
Dylan says he chose World Central Kitchen because it shows up with drinking water and nourishing meals when people are hit by natural disasters or facing food insecurity. He believes that sometimes, a plate of food can make a world of a difference. While we’re lucky to have clean water and good food on hand, World Central Kitchen does what they can to share those necessities with folks when they need it most.
