Determined to advance her career, Silvana moved to the U.S. to pursue a Master’s in Computer Science. While completing her degree, she sought an opportunity that would challenge her, push her skills further, and allow her to work alongside a high-performing team. That’s when she found Red Dog Media.
Now, as a QA Engineer at Red Dog Media, Silvana is making a tangible impact. Lately, she has been integrating AI to analyze and streamline error reporting, an innovation that has drastically improved how the team detects, categorizes, and resolves software issues. By automating a once time-consuming process, she’s helping the team work smarter and faster while ensuring accuracy and reliability.
Beyond her work in tech, Silvana thrives in collaborative environments. She credits teammates like Miranda and David for their mentorship and support, which helped her grow technically and professionally.
