This past year, we Seized the Day, taking 2025 by storm in our innovation, collaboration, and appreciation.
Here’s a look at our top ten takeaways of the year:
1. We Grew
We added 3 very technical members to our pack. Stephan J., Matthew B., and Seth L. We also added a Product Management seat to our marketing team to connect marketing and development.
2. We Leveled Up
We worked hard and leveled up our skills this year, contributing to all the promotions in the pack! Brandon M., Dan F., & Tyler H. all got promoted to Senior Marketing Specialists in 2025.
3. We Broke Silos
Thanks to our amazing Middle Manager retreat in San Diego, our collaboration improved. The impacts from this event are being felt across the company, putting our teams and departments in a strong position to work together to solve problems in the future! We also did our first Hack-a-Thon, a two-day event full of cross-team collaboration and problem-solving that resulted in 3 winning teams.

4. We Revamped & Realigned
Our development department underwent a reorganization. This change has allowed us to combine our smaller teams into larger teams and realign our time and focus to the most pressing projects of the department.

5. We Celebrated Our People
229 total Core Value Chip submissions in 2025, and 938 ante up chips recognizing the amazing work our people put in day in, day out.

6. We Listened
Our Operations Support Department acted on 55 requests and suggestions from the pack through surveys, one-off conversations, and our company feedback form. From new Yeti mugs, pool & ping pong tables, to reduced dental and vision costs, our team was hard at work last year making our company The Last Place You’d Want to Work.

7. We Created & QA’d New Tools and Workflows to Level Up
All of our departments worked together to create and configure systems that have allowed us to execute on a higher level. As a result of this collaboration, we were able to rebuild and innovate decade-old systems in 12 months.

8. We Turned Up the Fun
We had company parties at Chicken ‘N Pickle and Caspian’s Rock and Roe, on top of many in-office themed events, social hours, and cooking classes.

9. We Won
Our Conversion and Marketing Departments were hard at work, pushing 7 winning tests for our website.

10. We’re Stronger Than Ever
We have better-defined seat metrics, leading to stronger alignment. Our people know what it takes to win and we are ready to back them every step of the way. Here’s to 2026!
