About Our Core Value Chip Program
Our Core Value Chip Program is designed to reinforce our Core Values and promote a culture of recognition and appreciation. This unique program allows teammates to give and earn “chips” as tokens of appreciation for demonstrating our core values in their everyday work. Encouraging continuous recognition and appreciation among our teammates fosters a positive work environment where individuals feel valued, appreciated, and motivated to excel.
Through our Core Value Chip Program, we’re not only recognizing teammates but also giving back to causes that our teammates care about!
Each winner receives $300 credit toward a personal purchase of their choosing and a $5,000 award to donate to the charity of their choice.
Tyler has chosen the Nevada SPCA for his charitable donation. The Nevada SPCA helps support Nevada animals who are without homes, providing them with food and shelter. Tyler wants to donate to an animal shelter because he got his cat, Fluffy, from a shelter about a year ago. He knows these shelters rely on donations and is excited to make a difference for the cats and dogs still waiting for their forever families.
Han Cha has also chosen the Nevada SPCA for her charitable donation.
David J. has chosen Three Square for his charitable donation. Three Square’s mission is to provide wholesome food to those in need while working toward a hunger-free community. Knowing the value of good food, David wants to support their efforts to fight hunger.
